Delivery and service was brilliant. The pet carrier is awesome once put together, very sturdy and spacious for my cat. It didn’t come with instructions but I worked it out in the end, it was a bit tricky.

My 1 year old Australian Mist cat Mila jumped straight into this! She played in it, slept in it and was happy to be in it. She was comfortable and happy. She’s about 5 kilos and I was worried she’d be too big but as she’s a cat, she likes small dark places. It looks good and I can’t wait for our next visit to the vet! If your car is really big it will probably be too small so it’s good for a small - medium size cat.

Great carrier! I love the little bubble window and how compact the carrier folds down to. Only downsides are the size (I hope my kitten won't grow too big...!) and there's a bit of a funky smell about it but that will go away with time I think. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing little carrier. My cat seems to feel much more secure in this sturdy yet soft carrier than he did in his previous plastic one. There is plenty of ventilation and a cute little bubble window for your kitty or small dog to keep their eyes on the outside world.
