How do I earn Fur Points?

You can earn Fur Points by making a purchase, referring friends, writing a review or liking/following us on social media. Plus, you’ll get bonus Fur Points on your birthday!

How do I redeem my Fur Points?

Make sure you are signed into your account, then use the slider (or dropdown if you're on mobile) at checkout to use Fur Points for discounts - it’s that easy!

Do Fur Points expire?

Your Fur Points will expire 12 months after your last online order on rufusandcoco.com.au, or if you haven’t placed an order yet, from the date of your account creation.

Can Fur Points be redeemed over multiple purchases?

Yes. You can use your Fur Points across as many purchases as you wish.

CAN FUR POINTS BE USED TOGETHER WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?

When redeeming Fur Points at checkout for discount, you will not be able to use the auto generated code in combination with another discount code. For example, during a sale period you will not be able to combine this code with your points redemption discount. If you have added a discount code after redeeming points, we’ll refund your points instead.

HOW IS MY PACK LEVEL DETERMINED?

Your pack level is determined by the dollar amount you spend each year through your account. Please ensure you check out with the email that is registered to your account. Please note that there is a 15-day delay turning dollars spent into Fur Points. During this 15-day period, the status on your Fur Points will be shown as “pending”.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Upon the return of an item or order cancellation, the Fur Points earned on the products returned will be deducted from your account.

CAN I COMBINE MY FUR POINTS FROM MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS INTO A SINGLE ACCOUNT?

We recommend that you use a single email address for all your transactions on rufusandcoco.com.au to ensure your Fur Points are collected in the same account. This will also help you get to the next pack level. For any questions about multiple accounts, please contact us.

CAN I TRANSFER MY FUR POINTS TO A FRIEND?

That is very generous of you! Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer points to another account. If you have multiple accounts under the same name, please contact us.

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?

Once you have logged in, you’ll find your unique link in your online account. Share this with your friend and they will get 10% their first purchase. If they purchase over $30, you’ll get 500 Fur Points.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A FRIEND I REFER CANCELS OR RETURNS THEIR ORDER?

When a friend makes an eligible purchase, there is a 15-day delay turning the dollars spent into Fur Points. During this 15-day period, the status on your Fur Points will be shown as “pending”. If a friend cancels or returns their order, the pending Fur Points will be removed from your account.

HOW DO I EARN FUR POINTS FOR LEAVING A REVIEW?

After making an online purchase with us, you will receive a product review email after 15 days. After you click on the link and leave your review, Fur Points will be added automatically to your account. Please ensure you are logged in when you leave the review. This excludes reviews left directly on site.

HOW DO I EARN FUR POINTS FOR FOLLOWING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Simply log in to your account and go to your dashboard. Select the tab that says ‘Earn Fur Points'. Click on any of the social media channels you wish to follow and log in to that platform and like or follow us! If you already follow us, simply unfollow then follow again so you get Fur Points for the action.

WHAT DO THE 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' AND 'CANCELLED' STATUSES MEAN?

APPROVED: These Fur Points can be redeemed on rewards immediately PENDING: These Fur Points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. The approval period is 15 days. CANCELLED: These Fur Points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

WHY DID MY FUR POINTS BALANCE GO DOWN?

This can happen when you, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Please contact us if you have any further questions about your Fur Points balance.

I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY BUT DIDN'T EARN POINTS. WHAT HAPPENED?

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Please contact us if you have any further questions about your Fur Points balance.

CAN I USE MY FUR POINTS DURING CHECKOUT?

Not directly - please redeem your Fur Points for a voucher or discount code which can then be applied during checkout.

HOW DO I LEAVE THE PACK?

We hope you’ll continue to stay with us. However, if for any reason you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. Since it is free to be part of The Pack, we recommend you leave your account open and just come back to us when you are ready.

WILL MY PREVIOUS SPEND BEFORE THE LAUNCH OF THE PACK EARN ME FUR POINTS?

At the launch, you will automatically be placed into the appropriate pack level based on your spend at rufusandcoco.com.au from the 1st of July 2020 onwards.* Please contact us if you have any further questions about your Fur Points balance. *Please note, past purchases can only earn Fur Points if you were logged in to your account during checkout.
