How does Auto Delivery work?

Auto Delivery is a subscription service that delivers pet essentials directly to you, with an added discount.

These subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered to you once payment is processed.

For example, if you selected a monthly subscription, then we will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will receive your Auto Delivery products monthly, without the need for you to place a new order each time.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Of course! You can have as many different subscriptions at as many different delivery intervals as you’d like. If you want to create another Auto Delivery order, simply add that product to your cart at the best delivery interval for you and check out as usual. When you log into your account, you will be able to view and manage all your active Auto Delivery orders.

Can I Auto Delivery on a bundle?

No, Auto Delivery and Bundles are both not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

If you wish to enjoy savings when ordering multiple of the same eligible product, we recommend you create an Auto Delivery order for that product.

What happens if my Auto Delivery product is out of stock?

If your Auto Delivery product is out of stock and cannot be sent to you, we will contact you via email to ask if you would like a substitute item. If we cannot contact you 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing we will skip your Auto Delivery order, and you will not be charged for that billing cycle.

Will I be notified before each order ships?

Yes. You will receive a standard order confirmation email the day your order has been created and shipped from our warehouse.

Changing An Order

Can I pause or cancel my Auto Delivery?

Yes, of course. We recommend that you create an account before placing an Auto Delivery so that you can easily access your orders from the My Account section of our website.

You can also manage your Auto Deliveries via the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed the initial Auto Delivery order.

How can I skip or reschedule an order?

You can skip or reschedule an order in the customer portal. Each scheduled Auto Delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the order. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the billing date.

Can I add non-subscription products to my existing Auto Delivery order?

Yes, you can add any item from our store to an existing Auto Delivery order which means you’ll only have to pay for shipping once (and if your order total is above $65, shipping will be free!).

To add additional items to your Auto Delivery order, go into your account and access the subscriptions section. Click on the Edit button in the Items box and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

Can I choose the exact delivery date of my order?

No, the exact delivery date is out of our control, however you can reschedule the date and time that you are billed. Once payment is successfully processed, you can expect to receive your order within our regular shipping time.

Discounts and Payment

How can I earn the 20% discount on my Auto Delivery order?

For your first 5 Auto Delivery orders on a particular product, you will enjoy 15% off this item.

From the 6th order onwards, you will automatically unlock a 20% discount on this subscription that you can enjoy ongoing.

Please note that if you have more than one Auto Delivery order, you will only unlock the 20% discount on a subscription after the 5th billing cycle for that individual subscription.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If your Auto Delivery can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, then you will receive an email with a link, where you can safely update your payment method.

If we are unable to process payment via your nominated payment method, then your Auto Delivery order will not be processed and your order will be cancelled.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Rufus & Coco’s standard shipping costs apply to all Auto Delivery orders. The shipping cost for each order is recalculated every time products are added/removed or your address changes.

Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions

Auto Delivery is a recurring order for the same item(s) that you schedule with us when placing an order for that item.

Auto Delivery discounts apply to our full retail price and qualifying Auto Delivery products only. The order price will be calculated at the time we process your Auto Delivery order, based on your subscription interval.

Auto Delivery means you enjoy 15% off our full retail price for qualifying Auto Delivery products for your first 5 orders. Starting from the 6th billing cycle for that subscription, you will enjoy 20% off the full retail price for your Auto Delivery products.

Processing and shipping times are not included in Auto Delivery schedules. Please factor this additional time period when selecting your preferred delivery interval.

You can modify or cancel your order at any time up to 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing. Any changes outside of this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

If we are unable to process payment via your nominated payment method then your Auto Delivery order will not be processed and your order will be cancelled.
